Gary Beck, AAI, BFCE, LL.M.
Gary, an insurance practictioner since 1975, holds a BBA from the University of Texas, an LLH diploma from Clare College/Cambridge University, and an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law. Serving as President/CEO of The Beck Company since 1980, he’s played pivotal roles in founding numerous insurance companies. Gary served as Of Counsel and consultant at Aon Corporation and later as Executive Vice President at Willis Group Holdings, focusing on large law firms. He chairs the Professional Services Practice Group at The Beck Company, is a Director at ARC Excess & Surplus (TX) LLC, is board-certified in insurance forensics, and holds the designatino of Accredited Advisor in Insurance. He’s licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and teaches at the University of Texas School of Law.
Keri Coleman Norris
Keri, a seasoned servant leader, excels in elevating law firms to peak performance. With strong legal and business expertise, she’s guided countless firms through change, restructuring, and financial challenges, consistently delivering top-tier results. Over two decades, her senior executive roles at Pre-Paid Legal Services culminated in her role as Chief of Lawyer Services, where she streamlined legal departments, pioneered regulatory efforts, managed law firms and lawyers, and implemented key performance indicators. Her extensive network includes legal, political, corporate, non-profit leaders, and private equity stakeholders.
Austin Wells
Austin is an accomplished commercial lines insurance agent with a strong focus on serving law firms and accounting firms. He embarked on his insurance career in 2012, and throughout the years, he has developed a keen expertise in crafting tailored solutions for the distinct needs of legal and financial professionals. He is deeply committed to the legal sector, which goes beyond mere business – it's personal. His agency, founded by lawyers, is meticulously designed to cater specifically to the requirements of law firms, ensuring they receive the comprehensive protection they deserve. He takes pride in offering insurance solutions that safeguard their practices. Outside the office, Austin often spends time strumming a guitar or enjoying lively evenings of two-stepping with his wife.
Candy King
Candy King is Chief Operating Officer of LawPak and The Beck Company. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with 24 of those working for The Beck Company. She specializes in assisting lawyers and law firms with providing one contact to serve all their insurance needs. In her spare time, Candy enjoys attending her local church, watching football, and spending time with her grandchildren.
